Types of Faucets
There are many kinds of faucets in the market. They can different in terms of materials, architectural styles or in the mechanisms that keep them working
Centerset faucets can be one or two handled. When buying a faucet, avoid buying a second hand faucet and also select one that suits your sink! Faucets can be divided into there categories: centerset, widespread, mini-widespread and wall-mount.
The valves and spout are located on a shared base.One handled faucets operate by a single lever controls for both the hot and cold water lines. The two handled faucet is harder to operate as the hot and cold water lines have to be adjusted seperately.

Two Handle Centerset Faucet
Widespread faucets have a sprout and two valves which are mounted seperately. They usually cost more than centerset faucets.

Two Handle Mini-Widespread Faucet
Wall mounted faucets are used together with above counter sinks and they usually have a longer than normal spouts to reach the basin

Single Handle Wall Mounted Faucet
Mini- widespread faucets also has a spout and two valves like the widespread faucets, except that the valves are 4 inches apart.
